About Me
My path, my passion
Hej, I'm Lara, a doula from Munich – half English, half Italian – and I live here in this beautiful city with my German husband and our four children aged 2 to 10.
They keep me on my toes, make me laugh every day, and constantly teach me new things about life and love.
As a mother of four children, I know how intense, challenging and at the same time wonderful the time around pregnancy, birth and the first year with a baby can be.
These experiences – and my training at the Doula Plus Academy with midwife Klaudia Kadau (over 30 years of experience) – shape my work and my attitude as a doula.
I support women and families fullheartedly, calm and with competence – from the desire to have children through pregnancy, birth and postpartum period, right through to the first year with their baby.
My wish is to strengthen you, to listen to you, and to encourage you to walk your own path full of trust and love.
I speak German and English (native language), as well as fluent Italian – and I am happy to support families from different cultures on their journey.
